A SOLUTION TO EVERY PROBLEM! ROPE SLINGS by ROPE SLINGS pressed and labelled as per Rope slings are produced with untreated or galvanized steel wires, each with a nominal strength of 1770 N/mm 2 , as per DIN EN 13414-1 regulations. They are made using round regular lay strand ropes as well as highly flexible cable-laid ropes. The swaged end connectors are made using wrought aluminium alloy clamps, in accordance with DIN EN 13411 regulations and we manufacture cylindrical clamps, provided the supply of tapered swaged points was not pre-negotiated (exception: ropes with sliding choker hooks). As a conscientious manufacturer, we stamp every swage point with our registered abbreviations WB, WK, SH, HA or GW. Please note , that this catalogue only contains the standard manufacturing designs. As ever, our production range also includes hand-spliced ropes and swaged steel clamps. We are also happy to supply all other standardized combinations of ropes and accessories for your unique transport needs. Naturally, the load capacity label is a standardized feature of our rope slings - with multi-leg slings it can be found on an oval disk, as per § 4 UVV liftingequipment in hoisting operations (UBG 9a).
